The following is a transcript of the highlights (by Henna Maria) from Dr. Margarite Griesz-Brisson’s recent extremely pressing video message, that was translated on-air from German into English by Claudia Stauber.

This is what she has to say about masks and their effects on our brains:“

The rebreathing of our exhaled air will without a doubt create oxygen deficiency and a flooding of carbon dioxide. We know that the human brain is very sensitive to oxygen depravation. There are nerve cells for example in the hippocampus, that can’t be longer than 3 minutes without oxygen – they cannot survive. The acute warning symptoms are headaches, drowsiness, dizziness, issues in concentration, slowing down of the reaction time – reactions of the cognitive system.

However, when you have chronic oxygen deprivation, all of those symptoms disappear, because you get used to it. But your efficiency will remain impaired and the under-supply of oxygen in your brain continues to progress.

We know that neurodegenerative diseases take years to decades to develop. If today you forget your phone number, the breakdown in your brain would have already started 20 or 30 years ago.

While you’re thinking, that you have gotten used to wearing your mask and re-breathing your own exhaled air, the degenerative processes in your brain are getting amplified as your oxygen deprivation continues.

The second problem is that the nerve cells in your brain are unable to divide themselves normally. So in case our governments will generously allow as to get rid of the masks and go back to breathing oxygen freely again in a few months, the lost nerve cells will no longer be regenerated. What is gone is gone.

[..]I do not wear a mask, I need my brain to think. I want to have a clear head when I deal with my patients, and not be in a carbon dioxide induced anaesthesia.

[..]There is no unfounded medical exemption from face masks because oxygen deprivation is dangerous for every single brain. It must be the free decision of every human being whether they want to wear a mask that is absolutely ineffective to protect themselves from a virus.

For children and adolescents, masks are an absolute no-no. Children and adolescents have an extremely active and adaptive immune system and they need a constant interaction with the microbiome of the Earth. Their brain is also incredibly active, as it is has so much to learn. The child’s brain, or the youth’s brain is thirsting for oxygen. The more metabolically active the organ is, the more oxygen it requires.  In children and adolescents every organ is metabolically active.

To deprive a child’s or an adolescent’s brain from oxygen, or to restrict it in any way, is not only dangerous to their health, it is absolutely criminal. Oxygen deficiency inhibits the development of the brain, and the damage that has taken place as a result CANNOT be reversed.

The child needs the brain to learn, and the brain needs oxygen to function.  We don’t need a clinical study for that. This is simple, indisputable physiology. Conscious and purposely induced oxygen deficiency is an absolutely deliberate health hazard, and an absolute medical contraindication.An absolute medical contraindication in medicine means that this drug, this therapy, this method or measure should not be used – is not allowed to be used. To coerce an entire population to use an absolute medical contraindication by force, there must be definite and serious reasons for this, and the reasons must be presented to competent interdisciplinary and independent bodies to be verified and authorized.

When in ten years, dementia is going to increase exponentially, and the younger generations couldn’t reach their god-given potential, it won’t help to say “we didn’t need the masks”.

How can a veterinarian, a software distributor, a business man, an electrical car manufacturer and a physicist decided on matters regarding the health of the entire population? Please dear colleagues, we all have to wake up.I know how damaging oxygen deprivation is for the brain, cardiologist knows it for the heart, the pulmonologist knows it for the lungs. Oxygen deprivation damages every single organ.

Where are our health departments, our health insurance, our medical associations? It would have been their duty to be vehemently against the lockdown and to stop it and stop it from the very beginning.

Why do the medical boards give punishments to doctors who give people exemptions? Does the person or the doctor seriously have to prove that oxygen depravation harms people?

What kind of medicine are our doctors and medical associations representing?

Who is responsible for this crime? The ones who want to enforce it? The ones who let it happen and play along, or the ones who don’t prevent it?

[..]It’s not about masks, it’s not about viruses, it’s certainly not about your health. It is about much much more. I am not participating. I am not afraid.

[..]You can notice, they are already taking our air to breathe.

The imperative of the hour is personal responsibility.

We are responsible for what we think, not the media. We are responsible for what we do, not our superiors.

We are responsible for our health, not the World Health Organisation. And we are responsible for what happens in our country, not the government.”

A German children’s charity had laboratory tests done on one of the masks typically sold in shops, after it had been worn by a child in school for 8 (!) hours:

Result: 82 bacterial colonies & 4 mould (fungoid) colonies.

Don’t you find it kind of bizarre that there isn’t a Government risk assessment available that examines the dangers of prolonged enforced mask wearing for thousands of adults and teenagers, especially in these times where it seems we are told almost hourly that our safety is everything….

Masks don’t work to prevent transmission of respiratory disease.

Please don’t insult our collective intelligence by posting one of the hokey and methodologically poor studies from the past year when there are decades of detailed studies demonstrating this and when current statistics from places with and without masks mandates, or where mandates have been imposed and then removed, also demonstrate this clearly.

Please don’t argue that the previous studies “aren’t about Covid” – the key reasons and mechanics for why masks don’t work are identical. Kary Mullis, the inventor PCR, wasn’t talking specifically about coronaviruses when he stated that his test couldn’t detect infectious disease – but his caveat covers them.

Here is what masks do work for:

Brand awareness: in the absence of any other indicators of a pandemic, masks create a visual representation of a deadly emergency situation and help create fear. PCR tests serve the same function.

Managing expectations: rules around masks prepare people to accept exclusion and approbation for non-compliance with mandates on their behaviour and which limit their bodily autonomy. This is useful for any entity which had further impositions, mandates and exclusions in mind.

Creating alienation: masks hamper communication and remove the vital connection made by facial expressions. This has the effect of creating separation between people which augments the bars to socialising and communication already created by physical distancing and lockdown rules.

Causing other health issues: masks act as a reservoir of bacteria, leading to bacterial infections, and also potentially cause hypercapnia, hypoxia and other respiratory difficulties. They also have a negative effect on mental health (see alienation).

Creating markets: masks create a market that barely existed previously for their manufacture.

Producing non-biodegradable waste: the lack of appropriate diaposable points (strange in itself when they are meant to be use to protect from a deadly killer virus) means that they are disposed of in the street or litter the landscape. They also choke the environment and present a danger to domestic animals and wildlife.

Creating division: masks provide and easy to use and immediately identifiable signal of virtue – facilitating the mobilisation of the compliant against those who exercise their choice not to comply. This then creates further division, which is useful if your strategy is divided and rule.

Governments and their advisers still enforcing mask mandates should he viewed with the deepest suspicion. I assume they know about all the the points I made here – so why are they still doing this?

Withdraw your support from them and stop complying with their ludicrous, unscientific and anti-human demands.

Doing so won’t make you an “extremist” or a “denier” – it will make you a rational human being who cares about their own health and freedom and the heath and freedom of their fellow humans.

Print this off and present it to anyone trying to tell you to wear a mask !!

This is to notify you that I do not consent or agree to wear any kind of face mask having carried out my own research. There is scientific evidence to show masks do more damage than they are alleged to prevent. Owing to your forceful actions I will consent, under duress, to either wear a mask as directed, comply with social distancing or participate in a lockdown on the strict conditions that you provide the following:

1. Proof that use of such masks, social distancing or lockdown can prevent the inhalation of substances or micro-organisms at the scale of “viruses”.

A signed and witnessed statement from you, accepting full responsibility and full commercial liability should I be subsequently diagnosed with Hypercapnia, Hypercarbia or suffer an Asthmatic attack or any other respiratory or physical and mental health distress resulting from prolonged mask wearing, social distancing lockdown or being two metres apart.

4. A complete list of your medical qualifications.
