Want to know who Greta Thunbergs family REALLY Are ? How they are connected to Bill/ Melinda Gates (Colombus / Colonna lineage) and the swedish eugenicists (or “The Guardians Of Humanity” as they like to be known as? Pssst….. Let’s start with THE THUNBERGS……
If someone suddenly receives so much attention and is the rising star on the world stage, that is usually no coincidence. Also in the case of the Swedish climate and environmental activist Greta Thunberg it seems that a proper planning had preceded this.
Her mother, Malena Ernman, won the final for the Swedish participation in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2009 and thus became a familiar face, which is useful if your daughter looks like you and later has to become a world star.
The secret promotion probably already started there. You can answer the question whether mother Malena can really sing so well (see here). However, it is much more interesting to study the Thunberg family and you will find that the subjects CO2, โglobal warmingโ and โpopulation reductionโ are descended from the same family.
Greta Thunbergโs Great-Grandfather Is Greenhouse Gas Guru Svante Arrhenius
Greta Thunberg (born in 2003) according to Wikipedia a distant second cousin of Svante August Arrhenius. Her father Svante Thunberg, an actor, is named after Svante Arrhenius. Arrhenius is seen as the first scientist to describe the so-called Arrhenius effect, a natural enhancement of global warming through increasing evaporation of water and carbon dioxide (CO2) from the sea due to a decrease in reflectivity.
He predicted that an increase in CO2 in the atmosphere causes an increase in temperature on Earth. According to him, a doubling of CO2 would be correlated with a warming from 4 to 6 degrees, which was caused by solar heat for 2 / 3 th part and for 1 / 3 th part by CO2. This has been interpreted by researchers like Keeling as a greenhouse effect caused entirely by CO2. So you could say that the subject is rather in the family.
Svante Arrhenius was born in Gut Vik, near Uppsala, the son of Svante Gustav and Carolina Thunberg Arrhenius. It seems that Greta is not a distant cousin, but a direct great-granddaughter. Wikipedia does not say that Svante Arrhenius himself also married a Thunberg. Her name was Karolina Kristina Thunberg.
This is evident from the still visible search results from Google. However, if you click on the link itself, the content is similar myheritage.com to be adjusted in relation to what the search result still shows (see screenshot below). There seems to be a bit of fiddling with the pedigrees and it seems that the name Thunberg can actually be directly linked to this global warming founder, Svante Arrhenius.
It is also remarkable that Svante probably married in the family (from his motherโs side). Such an incest is typically something we see with old noble bloodlines (such as mentioned in my book mentioned). However, if there is fumbling with family trees, then the direct pedigree may not be proven anymore, but the family link is indisputable.
Svante Arrhenius was involved in eugenics and was a member of the board of the Swedish Society for Racial Hygiene. The website eugenicsarchive.ca states the following about this:
Arrhenius involved himself in the eugenics movement by joining the Swedish Society for Racial Hygiene, a group focused on researching and promoting the benefits of controlled reproduction in humans (Broberg & Roll-Hansen, 2005). This society was formed in 1909 in an attempt to popularize eugenics and encourage policy changes to promote eugenics (Bjorkman & Widmalm, 2010). Arrhenius was not only a member; he was on the board for society (Broberg & Roll-Hansen, 2005). The society gave lectures and handed out pro-eugenic pamphlets to the public, but because it was illegal for them to discuss any method of birth control, the group was thought to have limited influence overall (Broberg & Roll-Hansen, 2005).
Gretaโs (presumed) great-grandfather was therefore a high peak. Around 1900, this Svante Arrhenius became involved in the founding of the Nobel Institute and the associated Nobel Prizes. In 1901 he was โ despite a strong opposition โ elected a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.
For the rest of his life he would remain a member of the Nobel Committee of Physics and a de facto member of the Nobel Committee of Chemistry. He used his influential position to arrange Nobel Prizes for his friends (Jacobus van โt Hoff, Wilhelm Ostwald and Theodore Richards) and tried to prevent his enemies (Paul Ehrlich, Walther Nernst, Dmitri Mendeleev) from receiving them.
He also received a Nobel Prize in 1903 and so in fact rewarded himself, because he was involved in setting up the institute that awards the prizes. So science was then all about favoritism and not about content.
It is interesting that in several publications it is discussed that the global warming story is about establishing a world government and population reduction. I wrote about that in my last article (see here). In this article Publicist Brandon Smith also makes it clear that a manifesto from the UN Secretary General from the 90 shows that global warming was invented to frighten the world population and then push through an agenda. In his article he also conclusively demonstrates that that agenda is also about population reduction. Well, that agenda item can also be traced to Gretaโs (presumed) great-grandfather.
So if Greta Thunberg blows so high from the tower that we need to listen more to the science of global warming with CO2, it now appears that this theory comes directly from her (very likely) great-grandfather and that this same great-grandfather was a scammer who awarded himself and his friends Nobel Prizes. That is telling about the way many scientists today are being pushed aside when they criticize the official reading of global warming as a result of CO2.
Greta Thunberg And Eco-Eugenics
Is fame random? Or, is fame the result of access to power? The recent prominence of Greta Thunberg is a case in point. Did she become famous for simply being photographed sitting alone in front of the Swedish parliament building, on strike for the environment? Or, did she inherit the mantle of an eco-prophet? Is she just an ordinary, outraged young woman, or someone with deep family links to environmentalism, and who thus has all the right connections?
For those that might not know, Greta supposedly shot to fame when the aforesaid photo of hers was put on Twitter in 2018. The Twitter account belonged to a group called, We Donโt Have Time, a Swedish organization, funded by Al Gore. Therefore, the photo was a clever piece of propaganda, designed to โcaptureโ the hearts of people all over the world โ a โlonely little girl,โ speaking truth to power.
Of course, using children to further environmentalism is an old tactic. Back in 1992, there was Severn Suzuki, who at age nine started ECO (Environmental Childrenโs Organization), and gave a speech at the UN, which was far more coherent that Gretaโs performance. But Severnโs father is David Suzuki, Canadaโs foremost environmentalist.
Cory Morningstar has very meticulously, and very brilliantly, analyzed the deep connections that Greta has to the many power-structures, all of which seek to change the world. This excellent research should be widely read.
But why Greta? Why her photo? The clue lies in what she really advocates โ the Fourth Industrial Revolution, aka, the New Green Deal. This is, very simply, transhumanism, which is the creation of a bio-digital world, where technology merges with humanity.
The oft-heard mantra of the environmentalists, โChange Everything,โ means changing what it means to be human, what it means to work, what it means to be free, what it means to live a happy life. In short, it is Neo-Eugenics โ or, the improvement of humanity by way of technology. This gives a whole meaning to Gretaโs iconic phrase, โI want you to panic.โ
But why Greta? Because she belongs, as it were, to global warming โroyalty,โ being directly related to that very Swedish scientist who, a little over a century ago, invented, and then popularized, the concepts of both global warming and man-made climate change. His name was Svante August Arrhenius (1859โ1927), and his mother was a Thunberg.
Gretaโs fame therefore is not accidental. She is continuing the project started by her illustrious ancestor โ of course, enabled by her astute parents. Arrheniusโs name may not be familiar now, but in his time, he was well-known throughout Europe and North America.
People commonly assume that overwhelming data (inductive reasoning) led scientists to declare man-made climate change to be โsettled science.โ The problem with this assumption is that global warming and climate change are in fact hypotheses first invented by Arrhenius, and for which data (evidence) is continually being sought (deductive reasoning). It is hardly settled science, as recently shown.
Why do people back this hypothesis over any other? Because the majority of college graduates have a humanities or arts degrees, which skews how they perceive things scientific, for which they have little aptitude, let alone understanding. For example, innumeracy in the general population is very high. But these arts-degree-holders are also the electorate and their consent must therefore be continually manufactured.
Also, when it comes to sociopolitical matters, those with science degrees think the same way as their humanities counterparts, given that the entire purpose of higher education now is inculcation into radicalism. In the post-truth era, this means that those who research and teach science no longer believe that science is wedded to truth, as the recent humiliating defeat of the high-priest of global warming, Michael Mann, clearly showed, along with other studies, for example, here and here and here.
Science, like all other human activities, depends upon ideas, which are structures or models with which we understand, manipulate and benefit from the reality of the natural world. In other words, inductive reasoning was once the ideal of science.
But science, serving other masters than truth, now often aligns itself with social activism and social engineering (aka, power). Such cooption of science by the power-elite means that narrative (rhetoric) becomes far more important than truth โ because rhetoric is the most effective tool to manufacture consent. Humanities degree holders are used to stories and they therefore respond well to rhetoric. And so goes the entire industry of environmentalism, where the โclimate crisisโ is continually narrativized for consumption.
Arrhenius took this early work and imagined that the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2), or โcarbonic acid,โ as he called it, in the atmosphere was directly responsible for warming the planet. He went on to suppose that if the amount of CO2 kept rising, then likewise the planet would keep getting hotter and hotter. This notion would become known as the โgreenhouse effect.โ And where would all this excess CO2 come from? Fossil fuels, of course.
This paper would become the bedrock of the contemporary climate-change industry, even though it was much criticized at the time of its publications (and later also) for its faulty science, such as that the effects of water vapor are mistaken for the effects of CO2.
Many of his contemporary scientists pointed out (as many scientists still do today) that CO2 cannot have any warming effect (or climate sensitivity) โ which thus means that CO2 is not a โgreenhouse gas.โ Also, Arrheniusโs math was severely criticized by many, such as the physicist, Anders ร ngstrรถm.
But it would appear that alarmism was something Arrhenius excelled at, for he next wrote an international bestseller, entitled, Worlds in the Making, in 1908, in which he explained to the layman his โhot-houseโ theory, where the continuous burning of fossil fuels, by industry, would increase the earthโs temperature. Thus, he linked his dubious science to modern human life โ the ideal formula for alarmism.
The logic followed in his book is obvious โ control human activity and you will control the earthโs temperature. For this reason, Arrhenius is rightly called the โfatherโ of global warming. He is also the โfatherโ of the entire energy crisis industry, since he was the first to suggest that oil reserves were finite (aka, peak oil) and coal would run out.
Any alarmism worth its salt has an end-game (massive social change) and so must also offer solutions that will bring about this desired result. Accordingly, Arrhenius suggested that the use of oil and coal be limited, if not eliminated; that electricity replace oil as an energy source; that fuel efficiency be practiced; that bio-fuels be used; that atomic energy be developed. Arrhenius, in fact, gave modern environmentalism all of its talking points.
But how did his ideas become foundational to environmentalism today? Arrhenius was largely ignored until 1979, when the Charney Report, entitled, โCarbon Dioxide and Climate: A Scientific Assessmentโ was published. It relied heavily on Arrhenius and thus gave him instant legitimacy.
Then, in 1990, the IPCC used the Charney Report as the basis for its own report, which turned Arrheniusโs hypotheses of man-made climate change and global warming into โsettled science.โ Henceforth, climate could only and โcorrectlyโ be viewed through the lens of Arrhenius. Those who refused or objected would be labeled as โdeniersโ โ i.e., heretics.
Another โsettled scienceโ in which Arrhenius made much contribution was eugenics. Just as animals and planets could be bred to show particular characteristics, so too, it was believed, could humans be made better by selective breeding (which was known as racial hygiene). Thus, human reproduction was to be controlled and limited by the state, all bulwarked and justified by science. The mantra of โlisten to the scienceโ that is oft-repeated by environmentalists in itself has a very sinister history, for eugenics was nothing but โsettled scienceโ for people like Arrhenius, Margaret Sanger and Hitler.
The obvious question that arises is a simple one, then โ does Arrheniusโs work on global warming stem from his eugenics? For example, in 1912, he famously concocted an experiment in which public school children were electrified, in order to make them grow taller. Apparently, it was said to have worked. Thus, where does climate science stop and eugenics being for Arrhenius? It is a question not yet settled.
Further, Arrhenius was the founding member of the Swedish Society of Racial Hygiene, which was established on 1909, as well as the State Institute for Racial Biology, in 1922. Both institutes justified Swedenโs sterilization of non-Aryans, and other โundesirables,โ long before the Nazis. And these institutes set the context for the forced sterilization of over 60,000 Swedish women, who were deemed unfit to breed. This practice continued until 1975. Sweden was hardly a socialist paradise for these unfortunates. As well, Arrhenius worked with Gustaf Retzius, who used phrenology (developed by his father, Anders Retzius) to further claims of Nordic racial superiority.
And, in 1900, Arrhenius was the founding member of the Nobel Institute and its Nobel Prize and headed both the Nobel Committees on physics and chemistry. Needless to say, he made sure that most of his friends received the Nobel (such as, Theodore William Richards and Wilhelm Oswald). Three years later, he himself became the first Swede to receive the prize.
Thus, Gretaโs own nomination for the Nobel is part-and-parcel of being a member of the global warming โroyalty.โ It is interesting to note that her father, who is an actor, writer and producer, is named Svante; and her mother (Malena Ernman) is a well-known operatic singer, who has also co-authored, with her husband, the bestselling book about her family and their environmentalism, entitled, Scenes from the Heart (2018).
As for Gretaโs access to power? ๐ต๏ธ Translation: Penalize coal, gas and oil while pushing doomed-to-fail โgreenโ energy subsidies to brain-dead startups headed by friends of the White House who all go bankrupt in five years or less. The green startups make for impressive speeches and media coverage, but because these companies are led by corrupt idiots rather than capable entrepreneurs, they always go broke. (And the media hopes you donโt remember all the fanfare surrounding their original launch.)

๐ต๏ธ Translation: Regulate small business out of existence with government-mandated minimum wages that bankrupt entire sectors of the economy. Force employers to meet hiring quotas of LGBT workers while mandating wage tiers under a centrally planned work economy dictated by the government. Destroy free market economics and deny permits and licenses to those companies that donโt obey government dictates.

๐ต๏ธ Translation: Begin levying punitive taxes on the consumption of fossil fuels and electricity, forcing people to live under conditions of worsening standards of living that increasingly resemble Third World conditions. Use social influence campaigns in TV, movies and social media to shame people who use gasoline, water or electricity, establishing a social construct of ninnies and tattlers who rat out their neighbors in exchange for food credit rewards.

Penalize private vehicle ownership and force the masses onto public transit, where TSA grunts and facial recognition cameras can monitor and record the movement of every person in society, like a scene ripped right out of Minority Report.

Criminalize the operation of private fishing vessels and place all ocean fishing operations under the control of government central planning. Only allow favored corporations to conduct ocean fishing operations (and make this decision based entirely on which corporations give the most campaign contributions to corrupt lawmakers).

In five years, Conor McGregor has transformed himself from an exciting prospect on the European MMA scene to the sportโs richest โ and most popular โ star. With a gift of the gab and a thunderous left hand, the Dubliner has exploded beyond the confines of the Octagon to become a mainstream sports celebrity. Today, every tweet from him makes a headline, every press conference draws millions of eyes, and every fight is capable of a spectacle that rivals anything the sport has ever seen.
As McGregorโs fame โ and bank account โ rose, so did the profiles of those closest to him. Characters such as coaches John Kavanagh & Owen Roddy, and training partners Artem Lobov & Charlie Ward, have all basked in the shine radiating from McGregorโs belts, Rolexes, and freshly waxed Bentleys.
But, while McGregorโs star has illuminated many at the SBG Ireland gym, there are some characters who, although they have been seen next to McGregor,remain largely in the dark. Beyond the cameraโs glare (most of the time) these acquaintancesof McGregor may be happy to stay out of focus. Theyโre people whose connections to a bloody Irish gang war are well documented.
However, there is no evidence to suggest McGregor has any involvement in their alleged offenses or any other facet of organized crime.The intimacy of McGregorโs relationships* with these reported gangland figures is largely unknown, but it canโt be denied that the โNotoriousโ Conor McGregor has been seen with some notorious individuals.
The Kinahan-Hutch Gang War: The Beginning
Since at least 2015 the Republic of Ireland โ and sometimes Spain โ has played host to a violent gang war between the Kinahan Cartel and the Hutch Gang. The feud has resulted in the deaths of at least 18 people. Over that same time, Conor McGregor has been pictured with a number of individuals who have links to this violent feud and the firms involved.
Christy Kinahan allegedly leads the Kinahan Cartel. He was born in 1958 and grew up in a tower block in St. Teresaโs Gardens in south central Dublin. According to the Irish Times he was arrested and convicted in the 1970s for burglary, car theft, breaking and entering, dealing in stolen goods, and forgery. The Times also reported that, in 1986, Kinahan was caught trafficking ยฃ117,000 ($154,000) worth of heroin and sentenced to jail for six years.
In jail Kinahan studied for a degree in French, declining early release so he could complete the program. He told a court he was a heroin addict who was trying to go straight and hoped that education would help him. Allegedly, Kinahanโs skills in the language have been put to use in communicating with North African drug traffickers (per The Irish Sun).
In 1998 Kinahan landed back in jail, with a four year sentence, after being found in possession of stolen travelersโ cheques worth ยฃ16,000 ($21,000). He was released from Portlaoise maximum security prison in 2001. He moved to Spain soon after.

In Marbella, Kinahan is alleged to have constructed an international drug smuggling ring, which sources narcotics (said to be mostly cocaine and cannabis) from Columbia and North Africa and directs them into Ireland, smuggled in containers of inexpensive foodstuffs. The Irish Sun names Kinahan as the single biggest supplier of drugs in Ireland. Itโs alleged that Kinahanโs cartel is also a major player in supplying narcotics to the UK, the Netherlands, and Oceania.
In 2008 a major drug bust in Kildare, Ireland drew Irish investigatorsโ to Kinahanโs suspected operation in sunny Spain. Around this time alleged hitman Paddy Doyle was killed in Marbella. He was traveling in a car with fellow Irishmen Gary Hutch (nephew of the Hutch Gangโs patriarch Gerry โThe Monkโ Hutch) and โFatโ Freddie Thompson, who Independent.ie have since named as a โright hand manโ to Daniel Kinahan (Christy Kinahanโs son).
Itโs rumoured that Hutch, Doyle, and Thompson were being sheltered by the Kinahans in Spain due to the Crumlin-Drimnagh feud that had erupted back in Dublin. That turf war, between young drug dealers, resulted in at least eight people being murdered. Independent.ie reported that it could have been Russian gangsters who targeted Doyle after a dispute in Spain, or possibly the Kinahans themselves. After Doyleโs murder, Spanish authorities joined their Irish counterparts in investigating Kinahanโs operation.
In 2010 Christy Kinahan and many of his associates were arrested in coordinated surprise raids in Ireland and Spain. โOperation Shovel,โ as the raids were called, also discovered over โฌ150 million ($175 million) in Kinahan connected properties in Ireland, Spain, Belgium, Dubai, South Africa, Brazil, and Cyprus. Kinahan was released without charge, thanks to a lack of direct evidence.
Kinahanโs former friend turned rival Gerry Hutch was born in 1963, in central Dublin. According to The Irish Examiner,Hutch began his criminal career at the age of 10, as part of a group of youths dubbed the Bugsy Malone Gang. Hutchโs alleged specialty was the โjump-overโ, where heโd reach over bank counters to grab cash and then run away.
Reportedly many of the Bugsy Malone Gang later died, victims of homicide and drug overdose. Hutch was able to avoid these fates while spending his time in and out of prison throughout the 1980s. After leaving jail in the mid-eighties he received his nickname, the โMonk.โ The title relates to an ascetic lifestyle Hutch is said to lead, influenced by his time spent in prison.
In 1998, Hutch established the Corinthians Boxing Club in Dublin and gave himself the role of treasurer. While he was watching the clubโs funds, the government was watching his. In 1999 Irelandโs Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) set its sights on Hutch. That agency deemed that Hutch had to pay over IRยฃ2 million ($3 million) in penalties for his suspected involvement in the Clonshaugh and Marino robberies. Hutch was able to reach a settlement with the state that allowed him to pay back IRยฃ1.2m ($1.8 million).
In the 2000s, Hutch took on the image of a reformed man who had gone straight. He was granted a taxi driving license and set up a limousine service called โCarry Any Bodyโ (a reference to the CAB that prosecuted him in the nineties). Hutch became known in Irish media for chauffeuring celebrities who visited Ireland, including Mike Tyson.

The Killings
The gangland war between Gerry Hutch and Christy Kinahan took root in 2014. It was at that time that a number of alleged Kinahan drug shipments were intercepted by Irish authorities. Independent.ie claimed thebusts were rare occurrences for the Kinahans and that, as a result, they started to suspect there was an informant in their midst.
Itโs thought that the Kinahans suspected Gary Hutch (Gerryโs nephew) was the man giving information to the police. Hutch had allegedly joined the cartel in 2008, making him a newcomer to the gangโs inner circle.
Normally, a suspected informant would be executed on-site. However, it has been theorized โ by Independent.ie among others โ that, because of Christy Kinahanโs friendship with Gerry Hutch, an alternative plan was put forward. Kinahan and Hutch representatives allegedly reached an agreement that meant Gary Hutch would be expelled from the gang and given a โฌ800,000 ($930,000) severance package. Hutch was also ordered to cease all activities in organized crime.
Despite the deal being reached, Gary Hutch was shot and killed at his apartment in Miraflores, Spain on September 24th, 2015. The killing has been described as โexecution-style.โ
James Quinn, a former boxer from Dublin and an alleged Kinahan associate, was found guilty in a Spanish court for his involvement in the murder. However, he was not accused of pulling the trigger. The Irish Sun reported that โFatโ Freddie Thompson, a suspected high-ranking Kinahan Cartel member โ and a former ally of Hutch (in the Crumlin-Drimnagh feud) โ is believed to have been behind the hit.
Less than a month after Gary Hutchโs death, his brother Derek Hutch was attacked in his prison cell in Mountjoy, Ireland. He survived and escaped another similar attack in December. Also in December, 2015 โ according to Independent.ie โ Gerry Hutch rejected an invitation from Christy Kinahan to meet and squash the feud.
After Hutch allegedly rebuffed Kinahanโs offer, he narrowly escaped a suspected assassination attempt in Lanzarote, Spain. Hutch had just left a pub on the island when two armed men wearing balaclavas stormed the premises looking for him.
Itโs believed that the target of the attack was Daniel Kinahan, Christy Kinahanโs son, who was present at the weigh-in, but had left before the shooting started.
Three days after the Regency hotel shooting, Eddie Hutch Sr., Gerry Hutchโs older brother, was shot dead in his home on the North Strand in Dublin. On March 23rd, 2016 Noel โKingsizeโ Duggan, one of Hutchโs friends, was shot and killed in his car in Ratoath, County Meath.

In May, 2016, Gareth Hutch, another nephew of Gerry Hutch, was killed in a parking lot outside his home in Dublin. The Irish Mirror quoted a source saying thatJohnathan Keogh โ a former bomb maker for the UK-designated terrorist organization New Irish National Liberation Army โ was paid by the Kinahans for the hit. Keogh and two others were put on trial for the murder and are currently awaiting verdicts
On January 20th, 2018 another one of Gerry Hutchโs nephews, Derek Hutch Coakley, was shot and killed. Hutch Coakley was shot in the head while he sat in a car outside of Cloverhill Prison in Dublin. Two Kinahan associates were later arrested on suspicion of murder.

Others killed between 2015 and 2018 include Martin OโRourke and Trevor OโNeill; both thought to have been the victims of mistaken identity. Kane McCormack, the son of Noel Kirwan, was also killed in 2017. One theory is that the Kinahan gang allegedly killed McCormack out of fear that he would seek revenge for his fatherโs slaying. Darren Kearns and David Douglas were murdered in 2015 and 2016. The Irish Sun reported that Kearns and Douglas were killed because the Kinahans believed they had once tried to kill a Kinahan member.
In 2012 Kinahan founded a boxing gym with close friend and former professional boxer Matthew Macklin, called Macklinโs Gym Marbella (MGM). The gym was like a โcultโ according to an โinsiderโ who spoke to the Irish Sun. In a few years MGM grew from being a simple gym to a management company and boxing promoter.
MTK represents dozens of professional boxers, including Carl Frampton and Jamie Conlan. In March of 2017, former IBF, WBA, WBO, & IBO heavyweight champion Tyson Fury posted a selfie with Daniel Kinahan on Twitter. A few months later, in November of that year, MTK announced that they were working with Fury in an โadvisory roleโ as the boxer prepared to make a comeback from drug testing and medical issues.
MTK also manages MMA fighters. Their official website lists over 40 fighters on their roster. Among those are recent UFC headliner Darren Till โ who signed with MTK in December, 2017 โ former UFC fighters Viviane Pereira, Glaico Franca, & Maiquel Falcao, and recent Dana Whiteโs Tuesday Night Contender Series call-ups Sarah Frota & Taila Santos, as well as recent UFC signing Stefan Sekulic.
A loose connection between Conor McGregor and MTK involves Belfast-born boxer Michael Conlan. Conlan, who is represented by MTK, won a bronze medal at the London Olympics in 2012 and has since gone 8-0 in his pro career. For his pro debut, at Madison Square Gardens in New York on March 12th, 2017, Conlan was walked to the ring by McGregor.
When McGregor was gearing up to face Floyd Mayweather Jr. in the boxing ring last August, his MMA coach John Kavanagh unsuccessfully advocated for Michael Conlan and Paddy Barnes (another MTK fighter) to get on the under-card.

Shortly after his giant payday in a loss to Mayweather, McGregor was embroiled in controversy over an alleged bar fight at the Blackforge Inn in Dublin. News broke that the fighter may have struck a known associate of the Kinahan Cartel (who was later named as Graham โThe Wigโ Whelan) before being separated and removed from the premises. Irish crime reporter Paul Williams was quoted as saying McGregor could be in โvery serious dangerโ as a result.
Mayweather seized on the news to land another jab on his former opponent. Retweeting a headline that alleged a bounty had been put on McGregorโs head. Mayweather wrote, โI already fโed you up in 2017 now they about to fโk you up in 2018.โ

McGregor responded to Mayweatherโs tweet with a message stating, โI am the cartel.โ The Irish Examiner revealed that Daniel Kinahan also responded to Mayweatherโs tweet. On his private twitter he allegedly wrote: โNow now [Floyd Mayweather] should not believe all you read in the paper, must be looking for a rematch against [Conor McGregor]โ.
An โinsiderโ with the Irish Sun later stated that McGregor was โplaying upโ his row with the Kinahan gang because he found โthe whole thing funny.โ Before Mayweatherโs tweet, McGregor was also pictured on the front page of the Irish Daily Star partying with Whelan. Also pictured were convicted drug dealers Andrew Murray and Johnathan Murray.
David Byrne died after being shot six times during the Regency Hotel attack on February 5th, 2016. On February 22nd, 2016Independent.ie ran a photo showing Byrne and McGregor posing for a selfie believed to have been taken in 2015. That report revealed that McGregor and Byrne used to train together at Crumlin Boxing Club in Dublin. The Irish Sun reports that Byrne was a closely trusted lieutenant of Daniel Kinahan and was in charge of distributing drugs in Dublinโs inner south.

Crumlin Boxing Club head coach Philip Sutcliffe confirmed that McGregor and Byrne were at the club at the same time. โThey were in the boxing club together and they would have had a club relationship and then they went different ways and David would have went supporting Conor and watching him do his stuff,โ he said.
Byrne was described by Independent.ie as โbest palโ of Graham Whelan โ the man at the centre of McGregorโs reported Blackforge incident. That outlet also revealed that Byrne had escaped two previous attempts on his life. In 2002 he and his brother Liam were targeted by gunmen in Dublin and in 2009 a bomb was found under his car. After these incidents, Byrne is reported to have kept a low-profile, operating as a โlogistics manโ for the cartel.
In December 2017, Conor McGregor was pictured with another member of the Byrne family. This time it was Lee Byrne, nephew to the late David Byrne. The pictures of McGregor and Byrne were taken in Liverpool, England and featured both men standing on the hoods of rented Bentley cars (much to the dismay of the carsโ owners). The Irish Sun published a second picture of McGregor and Byrne โ which was undated โ and showed Byrne with an arm over McGregor. That outlet described Byrne as an 18-year-old car salesman who has traveled to the US to see McGregor fight.
Lee Byrne is the son of Liam Byrne (brother of the late David Byrne). In September 2018 Liam Byrne was subject of a raid by the Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB). This coming after he had been named by Irelandโs High Court as the head of the Byrne organized crime group, a trusted associate of the Kinahan Cartel, and someone who was heavily involved with drug trafficking and violent crime. Liam Byrne is alleged to have moved up the ranks within the Kinahan Cartel when Christy Kinahan handed more power to his son Daniel.
Independent.ie reported that Liam and Sean McGovern (who was wounded in the Regency Hotel attack) set up LS Active Car Sales in 2013. CAB are reported to have found little evidence of Byrne and McGovern actually selling cars, and suspect the company was a front to launder money. A number of luxury cars were seized from Byrne by the CAB, along with lavish watches, jewelry, and a property in Crumlin.
At around 11:30am on March 26th, 2015, Kavanagh was sitting in his car on Church Avenue in Drumcondra, in Dublinโs north end, when another vehicle rammed him. After the collision, two gunman opened fire on Kavanagh. Herald.ie claimed that Kavanagh was a drug dealer in the Drimnagh area who worked under the Kinahan Cartel. That outlet reported that Kavanagh was allegedly killed by the Kinahans for skimming profits. A source told the Herald that Kavanagh owed the Kinahans โwell over โฌ1m.โ Kavanagh was reportedly paying back some of the funds he owed, but supposedly it wasnโt enough to save his life.
It has also been claimed that Kavanagh was killed by a team connected to Gary Hutch, who was still working for the Kinahan Cartel at the time.
Kavanaghโs brother Gerard โHatchetโ Kavanagh was murdered in September 2014, in Elviria, Spain โ close to Marbella. The Daily Mail reported that Kavanagh was the victim of a โhoneypotโ scheme, which lured him to the popular Harmons Irish bar to meet a mystery woman. At the bar Kavanagh was shot and killed by two masked men.
The Irish Sun has described Gerard Kavanagh as an โenforcerโ and โprimary debt collectorโ for the Kinahan Cartel. That outlet theorized that he was killed by Russian gangsters, who were offended when he tried to strong-arm them on debts owed to the Kinahans. Itโs also theorized that Christy Kinahan green-lit the killing to maintain his relationship with the Russians.
Gerard Kavanagh was the father of Jamie Kavanagh, a professional boxer signed to Golden Boy Promotions. As a child, Jamie Kavanagh belonged to Crumlin Boxing Club, where he trained with McGregor. The pair have been pictured together at least twice in recent years.
Jamie Kavanagh was at the Regency Hotel preparing to weigh-in on February 5th, 2016 when alleged Hutch Gang gunmen attacked. Kavanagh ran for his life when shots rang out. His scheduled fight with Antonio Joao Benito was called off. He hasnโt fought since.
Andrew Murray
No individuals with reported connections to organized crime have been photographed with Conor McGregor as often as Andrew Murray. Murrayโs twitter timeline is littered with pictures of him and the MMA star, dating as far back as 2014 (though some pictures appear to have been taken much earlier). McGregor has also uploaded images of himself with the Murray brothers on his Instagram account.
Murray โ along with his brother Jonathan โ have been described as โgangster brothersโ by The Irish Sun. The Sun has also reported that the Murray brothers are childhood friends of McGregor, and that Jonathan has 48 criminal convictions โ including four for drug dealing. Andrew Murray is listed as having 18 prior convictions, including drug possession with intent for sale or supply, theft, and forgery.
Soon after the โbus incident,โ Irelandโs Drugs and Organized Crime Bureau and Economic Crime Bureau raided a number of properties in Dublin. They arrested five men and one woman on suspicion of facilitating an organized crime gang and money laundering. The woman was found sleeping on a mattress stuffed with cash in a penthouse in Drumcondra. โฌ250,000 ($292,000) was recovered from that property. The raids were designed to interrupt a drug smuggling operation that allegedly exported cocaine from Ireland to Australia and New Zealand.
The Irish Sun quoted a source that said the leader of the gang targeted by police was โa close associate of Andrew and Jonathan Murray and they have been operating since 2012 both here and in Australia.โ
That source went further to state that the gangโs drug inventory was supplied by the Kinahan Cartel and that, โtheir role in Ireland is to supply cocaine to dozens of upper class and famous customers in the best nightclubs in the capital.โ
What does this all mean?
Conor McGregor has never been charged with an offense connected to organized crime. There is nothing to suggest that any of his connections to the figures mentioned above are anything more than social. McGregorโs early life on the hard streets of Crumlin put him in proximity to many criminal elements, but there is no evidence to suggest he was โ or ever has been โ involved in their criminal dealings.
The highest ranking member of the Kinahan Cartel pictured with Conor McGregor is the late David Byrne. Byrneโs connection to organized crime is widely discussed in the Irish press. Byrneโs connection to McGregor appears limited to training at a boxing club โ one that was an important landmark for many young men in Crumlin โ and a selfie taken one evening in 2015. It has been reported that Byrne was a fan of McGregor, and had traveled to watch him fight in Las Vegas.
McGregorโs only other known connection to the Byrne family is similar to his only known connection to the Kavanagh family; a single young member of the clan who is not reported to be involved in the criminal businesses of their fathers and uncles.
The closest bond McGregor appears to have with alleged underworld figures comes via the Murray brothers. The evidence of this closeness is based only on the sheer amount of publicly available pictures and social media posts that tout their friendship and place them in the same places at the same time. It has been reported that the Murrays have extensive criminal pasts. Their strongest reported connection to the Kinahan Cartel comes courtesy of an unnamed source in an Irish tabloid.
If reports in Ireland are to be believed, McGregor consistently has two degrees of separation between himself and any meaningful connection to the Kinahan Cartel and the bloody war they have waged against the Hutch Gang. Even so, the amount of names that can be tied to McGregor, albeit through a string of intermediaries, is cause for concern (as it would be for any professional athlete or celebrity). Based on McGregorโs messaging, heโs not worried about what others think regarding his alleged association with characters like the Murrays or the cartel. Time will tell if the UFC, its partners, and its fans, feel the same.
