What is important here after losing an entire website, is first and foremost, we need to remain calm, it’s not the end of the world (at least, not yet), Remaining calm is easier said than done, i know, and realize this more than most, but when we can master this we will 101% reap the rewards from it. It is important to stay calm because when we “React” instead of “Responding” we “react” on an ’emotional level’, and when we act on an “Emotional Level”, we are not capable of thinking straight and with it of “logical thinking” and more importantly again the act of “reasoning”, Why? you may ask, because when we are in an “emotional state” (Anger, Sad, Livid, Frustrated, Agitated) after “Reacting” to a situation or incident, not only are we allowing ourselves to manifest into an “negative state” of energy which can later impact those around us by becoming the “Stone In The Pond Ripple Effect” but we now find ourselves thinking on an “emotional level” too, things like “I’ll get them back”, “What’s good for the goose is good for the gander”, “Their day will come”, “They will get what’s coming to them”, “Sooner they get their comeuppance the better”, all very negative stuff, and we can easily spend days/weeks or months in these states, becoming depressed and anxious as a result, and be stuck in that rut, which will only serve as counter productive and not very constructive, at all. Not the mention how it could bounce off of those we surround ourselves with in our close circle connections, not to mind the fact that it sends a very clear message to the “bullies” that we are upset and they have won, after all bullies not only thrive on that, but it helps them get through their days by filling their egos and fulfilling their insecurities, at least temporarily. Why bother, we really need to ask ourselves, are they actually worth it ? Are they worth that kind of time and energy that could be better spent with family, friends , work or hobbies ? The straight and simple answer is “No” the the bullies are NOT. Period. Shanghai (AFP) – Shanghai health officials on Monday defended separating babies and young children from their parents if they test positive for Covid-19, as frustration at the city’s tough virus controls builds.
Around 25 million people remain locked down in China’s largest city and financial centre, as authorities try to snuff out the country’s most severe virus outbreak since the end of the first pandemic wave in early 2020.
Under China’s unbending virus controls, anyone found positive — even if they are asymptomatic or have a mild infection — must be isolated from non-infected people.
That includes children who test positive but whose family members do not, health officials confirmed on Monday, defending a policy which has spread anxiety and outrage across the city.
“If the child is younger than seven years old, those children will receive treatment in a public health centre,” Wu Qianyu, an official from the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, said Monday.
“For older children or teenagers… we are mainly isolating them in centralised (quarantine) places.”
Parents and guardians voiced their anger at the policy on social media.
“Parents need to meet ‘conditions’ to accompany their children? That’s absurd… it should be their most basic right,” one unnamed commenter wrote on social media platform Weibo.
Unverified videos of babies and young children in state-run wards have been widely shared.
But Shanghai official Wu said the policy was integral to virus “prevention and control work”.
She added that children and parents who test positive would be able to stay together as a family.
Frustration is mounting in Shanghai, which on Monday recorded 9,000 new virus cases and is the epicentre of China’s outbreak.
Authorities initially promised not to lock down the whole city, instead targeting virus clusters with localised lockdowns of specific compounds or districts.
After weeks of growing case numbers, city officials last week gave a rare admission of failure of their tactics.
They introduced a two-stage lockdown, initially billed as lasting four days each to mass test both sides of the city.

Several days on, residents fear they are under a prolonged stay-at-home order by stealth, unable to exercise outside or walk dogs and with limited access to fresh food.
While the confinement was in theory set to be lifted Tuesday, the Shanghai government’s official WeChat account said it would stay in place due to the high number of positive cases detected.
China’s zero-Covid strategy is under extreme pressure as the virus whips across the country, with another outbreak in the northeast.
Until March, China had successfully kept the daily caseload down to double or triple digits, with harsh localised lockdowns, mass testing and travel restrictions.
More than 38,000 health workers from 15 provinces have been sent to Shanghai to help fight the outbreak, state broadcaster CCTV reported Monday, quoting the Ministry of Health.
On Monday the nationwide caseload topped 13,000 for a second day as the daily infection tally hit rates unseen since mid-February 2020.

Heidi Neckelmann says obstetrician Gregory Michael, 56 – her ‘best friend’ and partner of 28 years – was active, healthy and had no pre-existing conditions before getting the jab on December 18.
However, he died from a stroke Sunday morning after suddenly developing a rare autoimmune illness that causes the body to destroy its own platelets, the tiny fragments that help blood to clot.

Conspiracy Theorist: There’s millions of viruses on the planet, how can we possibly vaccinate against every virus, especially as Scientists can never know how all viruses mutate and the ever growing number of new and evolving strains?

Conspiracy Theorist: How can a vaccine eradicate a virus from the earth? Does Chemotherapy stop everyone ever getting cancer again? Does use of anti biotics stop bacteria evolving to the point it ceases to exist?
Intelligent man: What about all the deaths on the news?
Conspiracy Theorist: If indeed we were in the midst of a wide scale pandemic, wouldn’t you at least know of a few friends and family, work colleagues that have died? There’s plenty of evidence that shows how the current numbers you are being told via mainstream media is not accurate. Far from it. If you go into hospital suffering a heart attack, but you have a positive antibody result for Covid, the figures will include your death as part of the overall death toll.
Intelligent man: Your a quack for thinking herbal medicine and homeopathy works.
Conspiracy theorist: Isn’t the saying ‘Prevention is better than a cure’? I use a combination of herbs, tinctures from herbal and plant extracts that have thousands of laboratory studies to prove their healing power, and if indeed they don’t work, why does The Queen and Royal family use a Homeopath and Master Herbalist, and have done for generations?
Intelligent man: So why doesn’t the Government and Doctors tell us to use ‘alternative’ medicine then?
Conspiracy Theorist: Health doesn’t generate wealth. Pharmaceutical companies like Astrazeneca make around $22 billion a year in revenue from their drugs. They partially fund Universities and Science research so they only teach the fundamentals of Germ theory, Vaccines, and to use GP’s as a legal drugs cartel to push their drugs.
Intelligent man: So what do you think is the answer then if you think you know it all? Conspiracy Theorist: I certainly don’t deem myself as all knowing. I do however question the mainstream narrative that never advocates healthy nutrition or mindfulness and stress relief which is proven essential to the function of our immune system with it’s foundation being in the gut microbiome. I believe in educating our children and ourselves how nature works for us, not against us, yet, as a human race, we have adopted a destructive process of working against the very thing that keeps us well. I believe in detoxing, eating a balanced diet free of pesticides and added chemicals that is poisoning the food chain and then our bodies. I believe in prayer, meditation and connecting with music, arts, reading books that evolve our awareness and clarity. All these things that are paramount for healing and helping our T fighter Cells to ward off invaders, are all the things the Government and NHS are not promoting during a so called Pandemic. Therefore, I do not trust anything they say, especially when the biggest killers in our country are related to a poor lifestyle.
Intelligent man: So what you’re saying is, I shouldn’t eat Mcdonalds or give my kids cola with their nuggets and chip dinner? Who do you think you are telling people what they should and shouldn’t eat?! It’s my choice!
Conspiracy Theorist: Exactly that ‘Intelligent man’. Informed choice. We all have a choice to respect our bodies and if we can’t even do that during a Pandemic, but rather wait for a vaccine whilst wearing masks and refusing to visit our elderly relatives, then we have failed terribly as a society, with no empathy or regard for everything we have that we’re given to nurture and heal.

From one point of view, this analysis may actually be correct. It’s difficult to see how today’s mindless masses of dumbed-down consumers — steeped in video games, television and junk food — can offer any meaningful contributions to the future of human civilization. So, from the point of view of the global controllers, “culling the herd” of humanity is actually a good thing. It makes humanity stronger, they say, in much the same way that culling the weaklings from a herd of wild animals improves the aggregate gene pool of the targeted species as a whole.
The globalists argue that today’s human gene pool is stalled. The weak and the stupid reproduce just as much as everybody else — if not more so. The human gene pool is actually devolving, they say, and the only way to bring it back to a point where we have a species capable of reaching for the stars is to eliminate those who aren’t smart enough to deserve a spot in the human gene pool.
The word for this is, of course, eugenics. Adolf Hitler pursued the same philosophy: Improve the human race through genocide. Eliminate the weak, the ugly, the stupid. Fire up the incinerators, disarm the target race to be exterminated, and herd them into gas chambers or open pits.
Modern eugenics
Toda’s eugenicists are more subtle. They’ve learned, through experience, that openly gassing entire populations doesn’t win over the hearts and minds of the public. So they’ve developed covert methods of accomplishing the same thing. These coverts methods include convincing people to eat genetically modified foods — which promote infertility — to drink fluoride, take vaccines, use synthetic chemicals, increase abortions and pursue other actions that either kill people outright or drastically reduce rates of reproduction.
The idea behind these is that, first off, the culling of the human race can now be accomplished without all the horrifying images of Nazi Germany’s gas chambers. While the Jews in World War II had to be forcibly lined up and herded into railroad cars, today’s eugenics victims willfully line up at pharmacies to be injected with flu vaccines containing stealth cancer viruses that accomplish the same thing: Death.

Importantly, the genocidal properties of vaccines, GMOs, chemical food additives, medications and other synthetic chemicals function as a sort of intelligence test for the population. Those who routinely take vaccines are, of course, stupid. Removing the stupid people — the “useless eaters” — from the gene pool is one of the goals of the global controllers. Thus, vaccine propaganda serves as the perfect filter for removing “stupid genes” from the human gene pool. This is no doubt why globalists so aggressively push vaccines on low-income families — they equate “low income” with “not qualified to reproduce.”
Importantly, vaccines contain stealth cancer viruses that are passed along through multiple generations. The SV40 viruses introduced to the population through polio vaccines in the 1950’s still exists today in the grandchildren of those who were first vaccinated. 2) Vaccines – Loaded with stealth cancer viruses and chemical adjuvants, vaccines are the primary cause behind today’s rising rates of infertility, birth defects and spontaneous abortions. Vaccines are aggressively pushed in minority neighborhoods and low-income areas.

#2) Use nutrition to protect your DNA – This is absolutely crucial. Good nutrition (superfoods, high mineralization, antioxidants, plant concentrates, etc.) can prevent DNA damage from exposure to low-levels of radiation as well as toxic chemicals. Above all, good nutrition boosts reproductive health, sperm quality, egg quality, and even brain function (so you think more clearly and don’t get suckered into globalist propaganda).
#3) Do not vaccinate your children – This is a key defense against the great culling.
