One of the most popular films of 2012 was The Hunger Games which portrayed a post-apocalyptic nation called Panem in which a super-rich, super-pampered, super-callous ‘elite’ lived in high-tech luxury while the rest of the population daily battled to survive in abject poverty locked away behind prison fences in intensively-populated ‘people zones’.
Panem comes from the Latin phrase panem et circenses or ‘bread and circuses’ – a term derived from Rome and meaning to give the people diversions and distractions to hide what is being done to them.
Exactly what is happening today…
The Totalitarian Tiptoes to just such a world are happening all around us, although most people can’t see this because they don’t connect the dots. People tend to live in their own ‘little world’ and focus on only a few subjects and interests. This gives them a distorted view of what is happening because they are so busy concentrating on the strands that they cannot see the tapestry.
The world of The Hunger Games is already well on the way to fruition unless humanity has a fundamental reassessment of reality.
The foundations, structure and ‘must haves’ of a Hunger Games society are detailed in a plan being imposed through the United Nations called Agenda 21 which encompasses two related themes of ‘sustainable development’ and ‘biodiversity’.
Sustainable development – as in don’t use more than can be replaced – sounds sensible enough at first until you realize what this and biodiversity really mean in the context of the conspiracy.
Agenda 21 was established at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janerio, Brazil, in 1992, hosted by Maurice Strong, a Canadian oil and business billionaire and long-time front man for the Rothschilds and Rockefellers.
Strong has been a leader of their exploit-the-environment-to-scam-the-people program which is now in full flow.
Strong is a member of the Club of Rome, the environmental Hidden Hand in the Round Table network that includes the,
‘Isn’t the only hope for this planet that the industrialized civilization collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?’
This is a man who became mega-rich through the oil industry.
He now lives in billionaire luxury in China where carbon-emitting industry is booming and he is a director of the Chicago Climate Exchange (largest shareholder, Goldman Sachs), which is,
‘the world’s first and North America’s only legally-binding greenhouse-gas emission registry reduction-system for emission sources and offset projects in North America and Brazil’.
The Exchange was established with funding from the Joyce Foundation where Barack Obama was once a director.
Maurice Strong and Al Goremake money through the Carbon Exchange and other means from the lies they promote about climate change and the solutions they propose.
Kate Johnston wrote on the Globalresearch.ca website:
‘The same men that sold us the myth of man-made global warming are the same men that sold us the “solution” of a Carbon Tax and Emissions Trading Scheme and now they’re profiting off their lucrative investments which are based on lies.’
Climate change propaganda is a No-Problem-Reaction-Solution technique to justify Agenda 21 and its stable-mate the Biodiversity Treaty. This is an internationally-binding document involving nearly 200 countries.
The United States signed the treaty, but it was not ratified by the Senate after people like ecologist and ecosystem scientist Dr. Michael Coffman exposed its true consequences and implications.
He said that he realized during the 1980s and 1990s that the plan was to use the excuse of protecting the environment to confiscate half the land of the United States. Similar plans exist for every other country. America may not have ratified the treaty, but it is being implemented by the day.
Agenda 21 demands the central global control of,
all land
all private property
all water sources and distribution
all other resources which includes people in its definition
all energy supplies and distribution
all food production and distribution
Agenda 21 is called ‘the agenda for the 21st century’ and that refers to global fascism/communism.
This is a summary of what Agenda 21/Sustainable Development/Biodiversity is seeking to impose:
An end to national sovereignty
State planning and management of all land resources, ecosystems, deserts, forests, mountains, oceans and fresh water; agriculture; rural development; biotechnology; and ensuring ‘equity’ (equal slavery)
The State to ‘define the role’ of business and financial resources
Abolition of private property (it’s not ‘sustainable’)
‘Restructuring’ the family unit
Children raised by the State
People told what their job will be
Major restrictions on movement
Creation of ‘human settlement zones’
Mass resettlement as people are forced to vacate land where they currently live
Dumbing down education (achieved)
Mass global depopulation in pursuit of all the above
This horrific plan is being coordinated through the United Nations, the stalking horse for world dictatorship, via a non-governmental network once called the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives – ICLEI), and now known as Local Governments for Sustainability although still using the shortened name ICLEI.
The United Nations is now opening ’embassies’ around the world called ‘UN Houses’ under the guise of raising awareness of UN activities, but not the activities that people really need to know about.
They have opened one in Hunter Square, Edinburgh, Scotland, for example.
Local Governments for Sustainability (ICLEI) and other organizations are integrating the plan into every village, town, city and region and it is already becoming widespread across the world.
The organizational infrastructure of Agenda 21 is already fantastic and involves government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), think-tanks, trusts, foundations, ‘training’ (mind control) operations and ‘initiatives’ which have been building the infrastructure for what they call ‘the post-industrial, post-democratic’ society while the public go about their daily business oblivious of the prison being built all around them by the hour.
Harvey Ruvin, a vice-chairman of ICLEI, was asked how Agenda 21 would affect liberties with regard to the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, private property and freedom of speech.
He replied:
‘Individual Rights must take a back-seat to the collective.’

These and so many others are working to the same end – Agenda 21 and total human enslavement worldwide, although most of those involved will have no idea that they are building a global prison for themselves and their families.
Another of these front organizations is the World Business Council for Sustainable Development which includes the hideously anti-people Monsanto.
Destroying food-growing land, contaminating the countryside with toxins and replacing proper food with deadly and soil-destroying genetically-modified organisms is Monsanto’s contribution to ‘sustainability’.
Agenda 21 is operating in more than 600 towns, cities and counties in the United States and expanding by the day.
A member of the Agenda 21 committees in Santa Cruz, California, in the mid-1990s said that the proposals he heard were so crazy that he laughed at them because they could never happen.
These included that,
‘Mother Earth’s surface was not to be scratched’
humans should be concentrated in settlement zones
education should focus on the environment as a central organizing principle and all aspects of life covered by Agenda 21,
…but all of these crazy plans are now being introduced.
It’s all happy, feely, smiling faces and how we care, when the truth is that Agenda 21 is a vicious, brutal, heartless strategy to impose a global Orwellian state.
Agenda 21 manipulators either create or hijack some local organization or other, many of them in locations with large populations, and they have their (controlled) leadership to agree the Agenda 21 blueprint for their community together with any uninformed, unwitting idiots who can be sold a human nightmare as saving the planet.
This allows them to claim that decisions were made after ‘public participation’ when that would have been the last thing they wanted, and 99 percent of the ‘community’ has never heard of Agenda 21 let alone had their say on it.
They want no democracy which is why these people talk privately, sometimes even publicly, about the post-democratic, post-industrial society.
They want to control every man, woman and child on the planet – everyone and everywhere and every resource, water source and piece of land. To do this they need a global structure of fascist control that goes right down into every local community with the jackboots at local level enforcing the will of the global centre.
This is why there is so much emphasis on local authorities and town and city authorities in Agenda 21.
There is a ‘training organization’ called Common Purpose (common purpose, common consensus, everyone the same) which has been paid very large amounts of money by governments and local authorities, police forces and other institutions of state to ‘train the leaders’ of the post-democratic, post-industrial society.
It is not a training program; it is a programming program and turns out unquestioning zombie administrators who serve the god of Agenda 21 and the associated European Union.
The theme of ‘common’ also applies to the ever greater standardization of laws and regulations and constant reference to ‘international law’. This is the unfolding global dictatorship of Agenda 21.
What do you need to be a global dictator?
Laws that everyone on the planet must obey – international law and the standardization of global regulation.

The demand in Agenda 21 for a massive cull of the populationcan be understood when you see how much of Americais designated for no human activity.
You can see The Hunger Games connection when you look at the official Biodiversity wish-for map of the United States in Figure 1.
The red areas are designated for no human use and most of the rest of America is confiscated for little and highly-regulated use. The mass of the population would be concentrated in high-rise, densely-packed ‘human settlement zones’ and denied access to something like 80 percent of present day America.
It is without question the world of The Hunger Games with a globally-enforced top-down hierarchy that has a world government using its world army and police force to impose its will at regional and local levels (sectors).
The Rockefeller-funded America 2050 has produced a map of the new United States divided into eleven ‘megaregions’ and includes parts of Canada (Figure 2).
Seattle, Portland and Vancouver, British Columbia, become the mega-region known as ‘Cascadia’ and this regional system comes under the collective name of ‘megalopolis’ which is Greek for large city or great city.
America, Canada and Mexico are due to merge to form the North American Union in line with the European Union blueprint.

The map of the new Europe has regions from different countries linked up with regions in other countries to end any vestige of national sovereignty or even national existence (Figure 3).
This is a global plan with its fierce central control hidden behind its lower elements such as the European Union and local government.
What is planned would clearly require a fantastic reduction of the global population and this is indeed what Agenda 21/Sustainable Development/Biodiversity demand.

Satan is the god of this world (2nd Corinthians 4:4). Satan controls the world through demon-possessed Luciferian worshippers such as: Madame Blavatsky, Alice Bailey, Albert Pike and Aleister Crowley. Lucis Trust propagates the work of an “Ascended Master” (i.e., a demon possessed man) who was working “through” Alice Bailey for 30 years.
The Lucis Trust Publishing Company and their many fronts and organizations worship an “Externalized Hierarchy” of “Ascended Masters,” who carry out the work of a Luciferian “master plan” (Adam Weishaupt’s 1775 Illuminati blueprint) for the establishment of a permanent “Age of Aquarius” ruled by one “SANAT Kumara,” (notice the name SATAN has been rearranged, just as SANTA) the “Lord of the World” (2nd Corinthians 4:4 identifies this as the Devil, who is the “god” of this evil world). A quick trip to any New Age bookstore will reveal that many of the hard-core New Age books are published by Lucis Trust. At one time, the Lucis Trust office in New York was located at 866 United Nations Plaza and is a member of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations under a slick program called “World Goodwill.”
In an Alice Bailey’s book called “Education for a New Age;” she suggests that in the new age, “World Citizenship should be the goal of the enlightened, with a world federation and a world brain.” In other words, a One World Government, aka, a New World Order.
At one time, the Lucis Trust office in New York was located at 666 United Nations Plaza and is a member of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations under a slick program called “World Goodwill.” Truly Satan is the god of this evil world (2nd Corinthians 4:4).
Lucis Trust is sponsored by among others Robert McNamara, former Minister of Defense in the U.S.A., president of the World Bank, member of the Rockefeller Foundation, and Thomas Watson (IBM, former ambassador in Moscow).

The United Nations has long been one of the foremost world harbingers for the “New Spirituality” and the gathering ”New World Order” based on ancient occult and freemasonic principles. Seven years after the birth of the UN, a book was published by the theosophist and founder of the Lucis Trust, Alice Bailey, claiming that:
“Evidence of the growth of the human intellect along the needed receptive lines [for the preparation of the New Age] can be seen in the “planning” of various nations and in the efforts of the United Nations to formulate a world plan… From the very start of this unfoldment, three occult factors have governed the development of all these plans.” [Alice B. Bailey, Discipleship in the New Age (Lucis Press, 1955), Vol. II, p.35.]
Although she did not spell out clearly the identity of these ‘three occult factors’, she did reveal to her students that:
“Within the United Nations is the germ and seed of a great international and meditating, reflective group – a group of thinking and informed men and women in whose hands lies the destiny of humanity. This is largely under the control of many fourth ray disciples, if you could but realize it, and their point of meditative focus is the intuitional or Buddhic plane – the plane upon which all hierarchical activity is today to be found.” [Ibid. p.220.]
To this end, the Lucis Trust, under the leadership of Foster and Alice Bailey, started a group called “World Goodwill” (an official non-governmental organization within the United Nations).
The stated aim of this group is:
“to cooperate in the world of preparation for the reappearance of the Christ”
[One Earth, the magazine of the Findhorn Foundation, October/November 1986, Vol. 6, Issue 6, p.24.]
But the esoteric (hidden, occult) work inside the United Nations does not stop with such recognized occult groupings. Much of the impetus for this process was initiated through the officership of two Secretary-Generals of the UN, Dag Hammarskjöld (Secretary-General of the United Nations: 1953-1961) and U Thant (Secretary-General of the United Nations, 1961-1971) who succeeded him, and one Assistant Secretary-General, Dr. Robert Muller.
In a book written to celebrate the philosophy of Teilhard de Chardin (and edited by Robert Muller), it is revealed: “Dag Hammarskjöld, the rational Nordic economist, had ended up as a mystic. He too held at the end of his life that spirituality was the ultimate key to our earthly fate in time and space.” [Robert Muller (ed.), The Desire to be Human: A Global Reconnaissance of Human Perspectives in an Age of Transformation (Miranana, 1983), p.304.]
Sri Chinmoy, the New Age guru, meditation leader at the UN, wrote: “the United Nations is the chosen instrument of God; to be a chosen instrument means to be a divine messenger carrying the banner of God’s inner vision and outer manifestation.”
William Jasper, author of “A New World Religion” describes the religion of the UN:
“…a weird and diabolical convergence of New Age mysticism, pantheism, aboriginal animism atheism, Communism, socialism, Luciferian occultism, apostate Christianity, Islam, Taoism, Buddhism, and Hinduism.””

“The worldwide activities of the Lucis Trust, founded by Alice Bailey and Foster Bailey, are dedicated to establishing right human relations.
The activities of the Lucis Trust promote the education of the human mind towards recognition and practice of the spiritual principles and values upon which a stable and interdependent world society may be based. The Lucis Trust is non-political and non-sectarian. It sponsors no special creed or dogma.”
The problem is that Alice and Foster Bailey were God-hating, Christ-rejecting, Bible-denying unbelievers. They’re so-called “spiritual principles” are lying New Age doctrines of devils. 1st Timothy 4:1, “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils.” Lucis Trust claim that their spiritual principles may be used to bring about a stable and interdenominational world society. But just as John Lennon’s fantasy in the song, IMAGINE, they all fail to take into account the evil nature of humanity (Jeremiah 17:9).
John Lennon’s dream in the song IMAGE, did come true many millenniums ago, after the flood. Noah and his wife and his three sons and their wives were the only ones to survive the flood. All humanity was killed in the flood. Only eight people survived the flood. There were no borders when they walked off the ark in Genesis 8. There were no religions. There was nothing to go to war nor fight over. But it wasn’t even a few chapters later in the Book of Genesis, that humanity had gone once again into utter wickedness.
God stopped them from uniting in apostasy at Babel in Genesis 11:1-9. God had to intervene and segregate mankind, separating them across the face of the earth; changing their languages and geographical locations as a safeguard (Acts 17:26-27). Satan is trying to undo what God did, to corrupt mankind, breaking down all barriers of culture, race, language and religion. This is why Lucis Trust aims to promote, through their unbiblical doctrines of devils, an interdenominational society (sounds like Babel all over to me). Prof. Dr Dolores Cahill has over 25 years expertise in high-throughput protein array, antibody array, proteomics technology development, automation and their biomedical applications, including in biomarker discovery, diagnostics and personalised medicine. She is Professor of Translational Science, School of Medicine and at the Conway Institute at the University College Dublin (UCD) (2005-present). With her research group & collaborators, she has achieved key breakthroughs in developing and demonstrating applications of high throughput array technology in biological, diagnostics & medical research. Prof. Cahill pioneered this research at the Max-Planck-Institute of Molecular Genetics in Berlin, Germany (1996-2003) and holds several granted international patents in this vital field. During her undergraduate & PhD studies, she worked, including as Assistant Manager, in fine-dining Country Clubs in Long Island, New York (4 summers) & in Tenafly, New Jersey (4 summers). On obtaining her PhD, she obtained an EU ‘Human Capital & Mobility’ Post-doctoral Fellowship at the Technical University, Munich, Germany (1994-1995). Prof. Cahill became Group Leader of the Protein Technology Group in the Max-Planck-Institute of Molecular Genetics, Berlin (1996-2003). She obtained an Associate Professor position, in the Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Director of Proteomics Core, RCSI, Dublin (2000-2005). Since 2005 – present, she is Full Professor of Translational Science in the School of Medicine, University College Dublin and she has extensive management experience, including successfully obtaining funding from the European Commission (FP4, FP5, FP6, FP7 and Horizon 2020), Science Foundation Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, Health Research Board & successfully writing, project managing, publishing & reporting on all financial & regulatory aspects in academic & private sectors, in the companies she co-founded.
She has over 100 peer reviewed publications, with over 5000 citations and a H-index is 31, which is in the top 10% globally for the Biomedicine discipline. Prof. Cahill is internationally recognised for her biomedical research, publications and patent record in life sciences, biotechnology, personalised healthcare, personalised medicine, diagnostics, biomarker discovery and validation, proteomics, biotechnology, high content protein and antibody arrays and their biomedical, diagnostic and clinical applications. Her publications have demonstrated utility and applications in the research, commercial & clinical sectors and include characterisation of antibodies specificity (including therapeutic antibodies), biomarker discovery, diagnostics, assay development, protein-interaction studies, proteomics, large scale/systems biology research, validating biomarker panels in diagnostic clinical trial, personalised medicine and assessing immune related adverse events.
She has given over 100 Keynotes Lectures in Ireland, UK, Europe, USA, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, South America. For example, she is invited to the ‘5th Precision Medicine and Biomarkers Leaders’ Summit’ in Munich in September 2018 & will Chair a Roundtable on Personalised Medicine and Adverse Events to discuss whether lessons can be learned from cancer immunotherapy and immune related adverse events to provide insight into understanding adverse events and personalised medicine and finding adverse event predictive biomarkers (http://www.giiconference.com/gel560004/catalog.pdf?1528437050). She has been an expert for European Research Council (2014-2017) and Chair or Observer of European Commission Calls in: the Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI; 2014-2015); FP7 Health, FP7 Health- Innovation, FP7 Infrastructure, FP7 Energy & Smart Cities (2007-2013), BMBF/DLR in Germany (2003-present); BBSRC in the UK UK: Genes & Developmental Biology Committee (GDB) and their Strategic Reviews (2005, 2007 & 2011); Vinnova in Sweden (2009-present), IWT in Belgium (2011). She is a Science Advisory Board of Human Protein Altas, (2002-present), ProNova Research Excellent Institute, Sweden (2007-present) and Complexinc, Switzerland (2010-present).
She is interested in Research, Innovation & Enterprise policy development & implementation for over 15 years. For example, from 2005 to 2014, she was a Member of the Irish Government’s Advisory Science Council (ASC) (www.sciencecouncil.ie) appointed by the Irish Government Minister for Health. In this role, she was involved in developing the Irish Strategy for Science, Technology & Innovation (2006- 2013) working with the Council, the Irish Government departments of Health, Education, Enterprise & Finance. She Chaired the ASC Task Force on the Irish Government Policy document ‘Towards a Framework for Researcher Careers’ & as a Task Force member in ASC Policy Reports on ‘Promoting Enterprise-Higher Education Relationships’ (2009) & ‘Sustainability of Research Centres’ (2012).
Following her nomination in 2012 to the European Commission in Brussels, by the Irish Prime Minster (Taoiseach) and Enterprise Ireland, she succeeded in obtaining a Policy Expert role as a Seconded National Expert (SNE) (2013-2014) in the European Commission Research and Innovation (HORIZON2020) (DG RTD) Directorate. She was the Health Thematic Correspondent for health strategy & policy in this Global Coordination (C1) Unit This role had an emphasis on International Cooperation for Strategy and Policy coordination, between the EU and Asia where she was responsible for international policy coordination & development between the EU and South Korea, ASEAN & China, including working on Framework Conditions, Commercialisation aspects & International Cooperation Dialogue with China.
Prof. Cahill has received a number of awards for her research, such as, the prestigious BMBF BioFuture Prize (2000) from the German Minister of Science while in the Max-Planck-Institute, Berlin. She was honoured with a lifetime award from the Federation of European Biochemical Societies 2009 Award in Norway, for her research & its significance. Other award recipients that year were Prof. J. Craig Venter & Nobel Prize winner, Prof. Robert Huber.
