When 5 GHz WiFi routers first came out everyone was excited by the new faster speeds they promised. But what most people don’t realize is that with higher speeds comes exposure to more dangerous radio frequency (RF) Radiation.
5 GHz and 2.4 GHz WiFi routers are dangerous because they both interfere with your body’s EMF’s and cause things like headaches, tinnitus, sleep problems, crib death, male infertility, cancer and DNA damage (especially in infants and fetuses). There are literally hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies by scientists from all around the world showing these health problems.
5 GHz is more dangerous than the 2.4 GHz units because it is twice the frequency and which makes it more intense. Kevin Mottus of the US Brain Tumor Association says that within the RF Radiation part of the electromagnetic spectrum, the higher the frequency, the more dangerous it is to living organisms. Also, because the 5 GHz frequency dissipates faster with distance, 5 GHz routers also emit the 2.4 GHz frequency. So you are being exposed to two frequencies of RF Radiation rather than just one.
WiFi Radiation Dangers
The World Health Organization has classified RF Radiation in general as a possible “carcinogen“, meaning “cancer causing”. It can split DNA strands within cells. And cancer rates are around 3 times higher in people with high exposure to this RF Radiation. As the new fifth generation (5G) rolls out, it will only get worse. These devices will operate at between 24 GHz to 90 GHz frequency.
In the paragraphs above I assume that you already know enough about WiFi Radiation to know the health problems it can cause. However for those who do not in the rest of this article I am first going to talk briefly about why WiFi Radiation (RF Radiation) is dangerous, and then talk about the best ways to still use technology but protect yourself and your family from this radiation.
When you search on the internet for information about WiFi Radiation, whether it is safe or not, the answers that you get really depend on the source of the article you are reading. If it is a main stream media website, or one from a government agency or a technology company, they generally tell you that since WiFi Radiation is a “non-ionizing” form of electromagnetic radiation, “there is no way that it could be harmful to us”. I wish that were true.
However there are literally multiple hundreds of peer review scientific studies performed by doctors and scientists from all over the world who link this form of non-ionizing radiation to things like crib death, cancer, DNA damage (especially in infants and fetuses), and infertility. I have links to where you can find many of these scientific studies on the scientific studies page of this website.
I also have a couple of really good videos on that page by a British physicist named Barrie Trower who has studied this form of radiation for his entire career. He started out in the military being trained on how this form of radiation is used as military weapons both to damage the enemy as well as to disperse crowds.
More Dangerous Than A Cell Phone?
Yes the radiation coming from your WiFi router can be more dangerous than the radiation coming from your cell phone, depending on how close you are to it. Why? the reason is that it is constant. The radiation from a cell phone is intermittent meaning that it is only putting out the radiation when it is doing something where it needs to, like sending or receiving a phone call, checking GPS or checking for a WiFi signal.
A WiFi router on the other hand is always sending out the radiation 24 hours a day 7 days a week full blast. (A cordless phone sends out radiation 24/7 also just like a WiFi router by the way) It is not intermittent. And it is sending it all throughout the home. A cell phone causes people to get brain tumors when they are on it a lot. There have been scientific studies showing that. (See The 7 Worst Radiations In The Home).
Best Way To Beat The Radiation And Still Have Internet
By far the very best way to beat the radiation problem and still have internet is to hard wire your home and office with internet so you can plug your computers into the wall to get your internet. There is much less danger that way. People building a new home can do this for very little extra cost, and it is very convenient.
If you have an existing home it can still be more affordable than you think because most homes don’t need internet in every single room. I have seen people who have done all of this wiring on the outside of their houses. They just run the internet cables right along the edges of their siding to the outside of each room that needed the internet, and then into that room through a tiny hole in the wall. It was hardly noticeable on the outside of the house. In fact it was such a nice job most people would not even notice it at all unless you pointed it out to them. It definitely did not detract from the beauty of the home.
I have seen other homes where they did the wiring inside that looked really nice as well. In the one I am thinking of there were a few rooms where it was not that difficult to run the wiring actually in the wall without doing a lot of damage. But to a few of the rooms they had to run it along the floor under the trim and through tiny holes in the walls in a few places. It can be done so that it looks very professional in most situations.
The most expensive way is tearing out drywall and running it in the walls throughout the rooms in the house where you need it. This way insures the most professional and aesthetically pleasing finish, but is the most expensive.
If You Have To Have WiFi
In some situations you just have to have WiFi and it is not practical to hard wire everything. For example in my home my son is a college student and he really wants to have WiFi to do his homework on his laptop. I suppose I could be more stubborn about it but I found an alternative that I think is almost as good as hard-wiring the internet everywhere. It is called the WiFi Router Guard.
In the video below I test my own 5 GHz WiFi router. I set it up on a counter in my home. I have a meter which tests for this radiation. It measures up to 2,000 micro-watts per meter squared. The US safety limit is 1,000 micro-watts per meter squared, so my meter will read up to twice the US safety limit. I also test a really effective home protection device called a Wifi Router Guard in the below video. Its a short video but very much worth watching!
When I did this test I placed my meter about 4 feet away, just so I wasn’t right next to the router. The radiation coming out of my Netgear 5 GHz WiFi router pegged the meter, meaning there was more radiation coming out of the WiFi router than my meter would measure. So in other words it was at least twice the US safety limit. I video taped this test and so here is the video showing me doing this test. The video is short, but telling. Seeing is believing. I highly recommend you take a minute and watch the test I do in the above video.

Will My WiFi Still Work Using A WiFi Router Guard?
Yes it will. Since I study this a lot I am a bit more paranoid than most. Not only do I have my 5 GHz Netgear router in a WiFi Router Guard, I have it wrapped in aluminum window screen as well. (See picture to the left) I picked the screen up at the hardware store. As you can see in the picture I put my router in the router guard, and then wrapped the router guard with the aluminum screen.
I only did this because my desk is in the same room as the WiFi router and I don’t want to be radiated all day. If I worked in a different room I would not bother doing this.
It is amazing with the WiFi Router Guard and the aluminum screen from 3 feet away my meter only reads at between 60 to 100 micro watts per meter squared. This is something like a 97% to 98% reduction in the radiation. As you can see I have it sitting on the floor and I have a metal file cabinet between myself and the router guard.
If you look close you can see the file cabinet to the left of the router guard in the picture. My desk is on the other side of the file cabinet. From where I sit in my desk my meter reads less than 10 micro watts per meter squared! Perfect is about 3 micro watts per meter squared (3 to 6 should be everyone’s goal to get their house down to) so my office is almost perfect.
So How Does The WiFi Work With This Setup?
With both the WiFi Router Guard and the aluminum screen, my son does all his homework on his laptop as well as watching videos on YouTube and Netflix. About twice a week his reception will slow down enough where he will come into my office and just pull the aluminum screen off from covering the WiFi Router Guard. With that one adjustment he his internet is back up to speed and he can finish his video or whatever. He never even asks me to open the WiFi Router Guard. He doesn’t need to. He gets enough WiFi to function just fine.
There is one other exception to this. Some times when I am using my laptop clear at the opposite end of the house (the farthest point away from the router) my internet will slow down (usually I am watching news with my wife in the evening on my laptop because my son and his friends are using all of the televisions) and so I will actually remove the aluminum screen and open the WiFi Router Guard because the reception will be a bit weak. We plan on building a new home in a little over a year, so I haven’t wanted to spend the money to hard wire internet to that part of the house. If I was going to stay here I would.
But my point is this. The WiFi Router Guard gives you the ability to have WiFi and still stay with in much safer radiation ranges, and it gives you the ability to control when you are exposed to more radiation, and when you are not. I think it is wonderful. In our new home we plan on hard wiring the whole house. We won’t have any kinds at home any longer so I will just keep the WiFi turned off on the router unless I have my kids over visiting and they request it for their laptops.
The Aesthetics of the Aluminum Screen
Now I must say having the Aluminum Screen is not aesthetically pleasing. My wife thinks it looks tacky, and it does. Again I would not do it if it were not that I sit so close to the router. The WiFi Router Guard looks very professional and fits into the office very well. The aluminum screen only cut out an additional 3% to 6 % of the radiation down. So I really would be fine with just the router guard.
The reason I bring this up is because I know some people have told me that with it only trimming off 3% to 6% its not worth the Aesthetics loss. If my desk was in a different room and so farther away from the router, or if I had people visiting my office a lot, I may opt to not go with the Aluminum screen, because the WiFi Router Guard cuts down at least 90% to 95% (closer to 95%) of the radiation anyway.
5G Technology Is More Dangerous
See the below video to learn more about how and why the new 5G technology coming out is going to be so much more dangerous. One thing that makes 5G more dangerous is because of the shorter length of millimeter waves (MMV). They are dramatically shorter in length than 2G, 3G or 4G wave length. And they are much more dense. How this affects people exposed to this radiation coming from something in the home such as a 5G WiFi router, is it is a much more intense radiation. This means that the carcinogenic effects of 2G, 3G and 4G radiation will be magnified under 5G and deterioration and degradation into disease will happen faster.
In the 5G radiation that is blasted out from cell towers, this shorter wave length means that the radiation will not travel as far as the longer waves of the 3G and 4G radiation. This means that for everyone to have good signals everywhere they have good signals now, we will need many more smaller 5G cell towers. Experts say that they need to install a mini 5G cell tower every 2 to 8 houses.
What this means is that we will still have the large towers, plus we will have hundreds of smaller mini 5G towers all around us and we will be surrounded by and drenched in this 5G radiation once it is fully implemented. Plus most people will have 5G cell phones, blue tooth devices in their cars and earbuds, and in their home WiFi and other home electronics. Our cells will literally be bombarded with this radiation from multiple sources no matter where we are 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Hopefully we will be able to alert enough people to the dangers of this much ultra high frequency and ultra intense radiation waves before it gets to that point. I am not trying to sound like an alarmist, but the peer reviewed studies proving the dangers of electromagnetic radiation are out there by the thousands and we have had this information as a society for over 50 years.

WWI in April 1917, the fledgling pharmaceutical industry had something they had never had before: a large supply of human test subjects. During the war years of 1918 to 1919, the U.S. Army ballooned to 6 million men, of which 2 million were sent overseas. The Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research took advantage of this new pool of human guinea pigs to conduct vaccine experiments.
In January 1918, vaccines were administered to soldiers at Ft. Riley, Kansas. Shortly afterward, the vaccine was offered by the Division Surgeon to the camp at large. The vaccine used was made in the laboratory of The Rockefeller Institute. Between Jan. 21 and June 4 of 1918, Dr. Frederick L. Gates reported an experiment in which soldiers were given three doses of a bacterial meningitis vaccine. The vaccines were spitball dosages of a vaccine serum derived from horses.
Gates wrote that men in the experiment showed flu-like symptoms, including cough, vomiting and diarrhea, after receiving the vaccine. These symptoms are a disaster for men living in barracks, travelling on trains to the Atlantic Coast, sailing to Europe and living and fighting in trenches.
Then, shortly before breakfast on Monday, March 11, came the commencement of the first wave of the 1918 so-called influenza. By noon, camp surgeon Edward R. Schreiner had over 100 sick men on his hands, all apparently “suffering from the same malady.”
From Dr. Gates’ report:
Reactions … Several cases of looseness of the bowels or transient diarrhea were noted. This symptom had not been encountered before. Careful inquiry in individual cases often elicited the information that men who complained of the effects of vaccination were suffering from mild coryza, bronchitis, etc., at the time of injection.
Sometimes the reaction was initiated by a chill or chilly sensation, and a number of men complained of fever or feverish sensations during the following night.
Next in frequency came nausea (occasionally vomiting), dizziness, and general “aches and pains” in the joints and muscles, which in a few instances were especially localized in the neck or lumbar region, causing stiff neck or stiff back. A few injections were followed by diarrhea.
The reactions, therefore, occasionally simulated the onset of epidemic meningitis and several vaccinated men were sent as suspects to the Base Hospital for diagnosis.
According to Gates, they injected random dosages of an experimental bacterial meningitis vaccine into soldiers. Afterward, some of the soldiers had symptoms that were characterized as “simulated” meningitis, but Dr. Gates advances the fantastical claim that it wasn’t actual meningitis.
In 1918, “influenza” or flu was a catchall term for a disease of unknown origin. The misdirection term “Spanish Flu” has never been corrected. Whodathunk? It helped disguise the origin of the pandemic. If there were any real justice in this world, it would be called the “Rockefeller pandemic.”
By some strange coinkydink, even modern technology has not been able to pinpoint the killer influenza strain from this pandemic. The “Spanish flu” attacked healthy people in their prime. Bacterial pneumonia attacks people in their prime. Flu attacks the young, old and immuno-compromised.
In actuality bacterial pneumonia was the real killer — and thousands of autopsies confirm this fact.
Researchers looked at more than 9,000 autopsies, and “there were no negative (bacterial) lung culture results.”
According to a 2008 National Institute of Health paper, bacterial pneumonia was the killer in a minimum of 92.7% of the autopsies of those who died of so-called “Spanish flu” between 1918 and 1919.
So an experimental anti-meningoccic serum that was derived from horses was injected into soldiers who would be entering the cramped and unsanitary living conditions of war. What could possibly go wrong?
The Institute said it distributed the bacterial serum to England, France, Belgium, Italy and other countries during WWI. Ultimately, these Rockefeller Institute quacks killed 50 to 100 million people via bacterial lung infections from 1918 to 1919.
An article from 2008 on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control’s website describes how sick WWI soldiers could pass along the bacteria to others by becoming “cloud adults.”
“Finally, for brief periods and to varying degrees, affected hosts became “cloud adults” who increased the aerosolization of colonizing strains of bacteria, particularly pneumococci, hemolytic streptococci, H. influenzae, and S. aureus.
Dr. Carol Byerly describes how the “influenza” traveled like wildfire through the U.S. military. (Substitute “bacteria” for Dr. Byerly’s “influenza” or “virus.”):
Fourteen of the largest training camps had reported influenza outbreaks in March, April, or May, and recovered infected troops carried the virus with them aboard ships to France. As soldiers in the trenches became sick, the military evacuated them from the front lines and replaced them with healthy men. This process continuously brought the virus into contact with new hosts—young, healthy soldiers in which it could adapt, reproduce, and become extremely virulent without danger of burning out.

According to the Stasi GDR File, the daughter of Hitler is now holding the same office as her father – Chancellor of Germany.
She is said to be one of the most powerful human beings on Earth since she is also the President of the European Union (EU) and head of the powerful Western Economic Block known as the G-8. More concerning is that Hitler’s dream of uniting Europe under German/Vatican control is now within his daughter’s reach.
In 1954, a child was born, a baby girl, whom the Stasi File identifies as Angela Merkel, today’s Chancellor of Germany. Her official birthday is July 17, 1954. However, the Stasi file which is currently in the Soviet KGB archives, records her birth as April 20, 1954. If this secret police citizen’s file in the Ministerium für Staatssicherheit (GDR) is correct, then Hitler’s daughter, Angela Merkel, was born on Adolph Hitler’s birthday – April 20.
Angela Merkel’s birth, as detailed in the Stasi file, was based on the research of the German Doctor Karl Klauberg. Klauberg was classified as one of the worst Nazi ‘ Angel of Death ’ doctors and was convicted by the Soviet Courts as a ‘war criminal’. According to the reports, Doctor Klauberg was released by the Soviets after serving only seven years of his sentence in return for turning over to the KGB his hidden files on his Nazi artificial insemination experiments and, more horrifically, the frozen sperm of the former Nazi Dictator, Adolf Hitler.
Hitler’s father, who took the name Hitler, was the illegitimate son of Solomon Rothschild’s mistress Anna Maria Schicklgruber. Upon receipt of the Nazi files on artificial insemination, along with Hitler’s frozen sperm, the Soviet Politicheskoye Buro (Politburo) authorized the experiments to ‘resurrect’, ‘if possible’, a child bearing the ‘genetic markers’ of Adolph Hitler. It was ‘reasoned’ that the combining of the genes between Hitler’s sperm and Eva Braun’s closest family would produce for the Soviets a ‘near match’ of what a child of Hitler and Eva Braun would have been, should one have been born.
Doctor Klauberg brought Gretl Braun to the GDR (Communist East Germany). She was the youngest sister of Hitler’s wife, Eva Braun. Gretl Braun was chosen as the ‘surrogate’ mother of Hitler’s offspring using artificial insemination from Hitler’s frozen sperm. Gretl Braun was a member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), whose ideology centered on the principles of Marxism and the interests of the working class and trade unions.
When Doctor Klauberg returned to West Germany, he was promptly imprisoned. He was murdered two years later while still in custody.
FALSE IDENTITY
Soon after the birth of Hitler’s baby girl, an agreement between the Soviets, the Americans and the Vatican was arranged. Hitler’s baby was placed under the ‘control’ of the Catholic Church through its ‘connections’ with the GDR Lutheran Church which took custody of the baby.
She was given a false date of birth, July 17, and the name Angela Dorothea Kasner, daughter of Horst Kasner, a Lutheran pastor, and his wife, Herlind – an English and Latin teacher. There in the countryside at Templin in East Germany, Merkel was raised about 50 miles north of Berlin, the capital of the socialist German Democratic Republic (GDR).
The central theme of the “agreement” of the Western Allied Powers, the Vatican, and the Soviets was that Hitler’s daughter would be elevated to international power…but her ascendancy to power would not come until “the Vatican also brought to power a German Pope”.
In the wake of the death of Pope John Paul II, the former German Nazi Joseph Ratzinger was nominated. He took the name of Pope Benedict XVI on April 20, 2005, as Vicar of Rome. Is it a coincidence that this date was the anniversary of Adolf Hitler’s birthday?
In the wake of the death of Pope John Paul II, the former German Nazi Joseph Ratzinger was nominated. He took the name of Pope Benedict XVI on April 20, 2005, as Vicar of Rome. Is it a coincidence that this date was the anniversary of Adolf Hitler’s birthday?
In 1977, Angela Dorothea Kasner became Angela Merkel with her marriage to physicist Ulrich Merkel, but the marriag ended in divorce in 1982.
She was elected Chancellor of Germany shortly after Pope Ratzinger assumed the Leadership of the Roman Church on Hitler’s birthday.
MERKEL’S BIOGRAPHY
Merkel didn’t enter politics until the age of 35 after the collapse of the Berlin Wall in 1990. She has been reluctant to discuss her past and private life. Her biography stops short of suggesting that her father worked for the Stasi, the notorious East German secret police. But it says his pro-regime attitude helped Angela’s career – allowing her to study at an elite school, and go on to university, at a time when the children of clergy were routinely refused admission.

The teenage Merkel, like virtually all of her contemporaries, joined the Freie Deutsche Jugend (FDJ), the communist youth organisation.
They say birds of a feather flock together, but here’s Merkel with a group of skinheads dating from 1992 or 1993.

If the Soviet record is true, and the evidence is strong, it opens up some amazing possibilities. The undeniable fact is that Angela Merkel came from obscurity to triumviral power as German Chancellor, President of the European Union, and head of the powerful G-8 economic cartel.
In an interview with the newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in July 2005, Chancellor Angela Merkel admitted to an unusual obsession with the works of composer Richard Wagner, who was a Satanist. Wagner wrote the infamous composition called “Parsifal”, which was a favorite of Adolf Hitler as well.
Hitler stated that the music of Wagner occupied his mind. Like Adolf Hitler, Angela Merkel is deeply fascinated with Wagner’s “Ride of the Valkyries”. The Valkyries were minor female deities that would ride through every battle to gather the most valiant of the slain and carry them off to a place called Valhalla where they would wait to join the army of Odin in the last battle at the end of the world.
Except for the little moustache, Merkel has a striking resemblance to Adolph Hitler.
She is also a dead ringer for her mother – Gretl Braun.

It was generally supposed that the father of Alois Hitler (Schicklgruber) was Johann Georg Hiedler. Langer’s information came from the high level Gestapo officer, Hansjurgen Koehler, published in 1940, under the title Inside the Gestapo. He writes about the investigations into Hitler’s background carried out by the Austrian Chancellor, Dolfuss, in the family files of Hitler. Koehler actually viewed a copy of the Dolfuss documents which were given to him by Heydrich, the overlord of the Nazi Secret Service. The file, he wrote, “caused such havoc as no file in the world ever caused before” (Inside the Gestapo, p 143).
He also revealed that:
“..The second bundle in the blue file contained the documents collected by Dolfuss. The small statured, but big-hearted Austrian Chancellor must have known by such a personal file he might be able to check Hitler…His task was not difficult; as ruler of Austria he could easily find out about the personal data and family of Adolf Hitler, who had been born on Austrian soil…
Through the original birth certificates, police registration cards, protocols, etc., all contained in the original file, the Austrian Chancellor succeeded in piecing together the disjointed parts of the puzzle, creating a more or less logical entity.
A little servant girl… (Hitler’s grandmother)… came to Vienna and became a domestic servant, mostly working for rather rich families. But she was unlucky; having been seduced, she was about to bear a child. She went home to her village for her confinement…
Where was the little maid serving in Vienna? This was not a very difficult problem. Very early Vienna had instituted the system of compulsory police registration. Both servants and the employers were exposed to heavy fines if they neglected this duty. Chancellor Dolfuss managed to discover the registration card.
The little, innocent maid had been a servant at the…Rothschild mansion. ..and Hitler’s unknown grandfather must be probably looked for in this magnificent house. The Dolfuss file stopped at this statement.”
Was Hitler’s determination to take over Austria anything to do with his desire to destroy records of his lineage?
A correspondent who has extensively researched this subject writes:
“It appears to me that Hitler knew about his connection long before his Chancellorship. Like his father before him, when the going got rough, the Hitlers went to Vienna.
Hitler’s father left his home village at an early age to seek his fortune in Vienna. When Hitler was orphaned, after his mother died in December of 1907, he left for Vienna not long after the funeral.
There he seemed to drop out of sight for ten months! What happened during this ten-month stay in Vienna is a complete mystery on which history sheds no light.
It makes sense, now that it has become established that Hitler was a Rothschild, that he and his cousins were getting acquainted, and his potential for future family endeavors was being sized up”.
The Rothschilds and the Illuminati produce many offspring out of wedlock in their secret breeding programs and these children are brought up under other names with other parents. Like Bill Clinton, who is almost certainly a Rockefeller produced in the same way, these “ordinary kids from ordinary backgrounds” go on to be extraordinarily successful in their chosen field.

So which Rothschild was the grandfather of Hitler? My thanks to a website correspondent for the additional, updated, information to this article, a man has researched this story in some detail.
Alois, Hitler’s father, was born in 1837 in the period when Salomon Mayer was the only Rothschild who lived at the Vienna mansion. Even his wife did not live there because their marriage was so bad that she stayed in Frankfurt.
Their son, Anselm Salomon spent most of his working life in Paris and Frankfurt away from Vienna and his father.
Father Salomon Mayer, living alone at the Vienna mansion where Hitler’s grandmother worked, is the prime, most obvious candidate. And Hermann von Goldschmidt, the son of Salomon Mayer’s senior clerk, wrote a book, published in 1917, which said of Salomon:

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person’s lifetime.
3. When the person’s immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, but also to environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet to eat more adequately and healthy, 4-5 times/day and by including supplements that will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.
9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.
10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.
11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.
Cancer Cells Feed On:
a. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses, but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg’s aminos or sea salt.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little other meat, like chicken. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties. Water–best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.
Everyone has cells that have mutant proteins from DNA damage.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.), to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy cancer cells.. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body’s normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.
15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don’t freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn’t bad but you don’t know what is in the paper. It’s just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

Cancer is one of the problematic medical conditions that modern society has to deal with. It can occur anywhere throughout the body when a cell mutates. These cancer cells start spreading rapidly growing cancerous cells throughout the body. Everyone knows that certain environmental factors, like smoking cigarettes, can increase cancer risk, but even if you lead the healthiest lifestyle imaginable, it is still possible to develop cancer.
This happens because certain genes can be inherited which make cells far more likely to mutate. Though you cannot control your genes, you can still control environmental factors that make certain aspects of your genes function better. Instead of getting in contact with carcinogenic chemicals that trigger the activation of cancer-causing genes, eat foods that initiate genes that suppress cancer and tumor formation.
1. Spinach
The main way that spinach halts cancer is by containing glycoglycerolipids that inhibit harmful DNA polymerase activities. A study by Japanese researchers also showed that spinach glycolipid extracts have an anti-inflammatory effect, which prevents cells from becoming damaged by free radicals and turning cancerous.
2. Kale
All of the vegetables in the cruciferous family help to prevent cancer, but kale has extraordinarily high levels of polyphenols, which are natural compounds that prevent DNA from being damaged and starting to mutate.
3. Broccoli
Like kale, broccoli is also a cruciferous vegetable that protects the body from DNA damage. It also contains sulforaphane, which has been shown to reduce breast cancer tumors by targeting and destroying cancer stem cells.
4. Cauliflower
Several studies have linked cauliflower consumption to lower occurrences of cancer because it contains phytonutrients that help to activate enzymes that destroy toxins, and the lowered amount of toxins results in less cancer.
5. Sweet Potatoes
Due to a mix of various compounds, studies have shown that sweet potato extract can inhibit the growth or development of cancer cells in the colon and rectum.
6. Mushrooms
Mushrooms contain compounds that make them mitotic kinase inhibitors. This means that they stop cancer on a cellular level by stopping cancer from copying its genetic information into new cells.
7. Blueberries
Blueberries contain many different types of anthocyanin compounds, including delphinidins, cyanidin, and malvidin. These antioxidants protect cells from cancer.
Cabbage contains a particular form of a glucosinolate, called sinigrin, that can stop or slow the growth of cancer cells. In order to get the biggest benefits from sinigrin, be sure to eat the cabbage when it is still raw and fresh.

Almost all varieties of seaweed contain fucoidan, which is a complex polysaccharide that can cause cancer cells to turn against themselves instead of harming the body.
10. Lemons
Lemons have a powerful phytochemical, limonene, that has been used to reduce carcinomas by up to 80 percent in size.

Almost all berries are a great source of ellagic acid, a compound that stops cancer growth. Raspberries have the highest compound, and darker raspberries have especially high levels.

Several studies of large populations have shown that people who eat garlic are far less likely to get cancer. Eating it chopped instead of crushed or whole particularly encourages these benefits.
13. Carrots
Carrots have very high levels of Vitamin A and other useful nutrients, but their most important cancer-preventing ingredient is falcarinol. These cancer-preventing compounds encourage the body to fight inflammation before it can damage cells and cause mutations.
14. Turmeric
This spice contains curcumin, a phytochemical that can stop the growth of cancer cells before they turn into tumors.
Rosemary extract contains carnosol, ursolic acid, and rosmarinic acid, and all of these compounds have been linked to cancer prevention.
16. Tomatoes
The lycopene from tomatoes helps to destroy cancer cells without harming normal cells. Interestingly, some studies have shown that both broccoli and tomatoes have stronger cancer preventing properties when they are eaten together.
17. Papayas
This tropical fruit has been shown to have some anti-cancer effects. While researchers still are not sure what exactly causes this, it is still a good idea to add some papaya to your diet.
18. Oranges
Oranges contain forms of most naturally occurring cancer cell inhibitors. Most of these powerful compounds are in the peel, so try adding some orange zest to your meals.
19. Brazil Nuts
Brazil nuts have incredibly high levels of selenium in a particularly bioavailable form, and selenium has been shown to be a great form of cancer chemoprevention.
20. Green Tea
Green tea contains epigallocatechin gallate, a catechin that has been linked to many health benefits. Most importantly, this catechin stops cancer cells from metastasizing, which happens when cancer cells spread throughout the body.
Regularly including these foods in your diet may greatly reduce your risk of cancer. Since there is no way to cure cancer by dietary changes once it starts, it is important to try to prevent it before it begins. By encouraging the activation of protective genes, you can ensure that your body remains in good condition and can fight off cancer.
